Refurbishment
Chemet GLI SAS company performs the service of reevaluation of tanks. According to current regulations, each transport tank for liquefied gases must be reassessed after 5 or 10 years, depending on the medium for which the tank is intended.
As part of this service, we carry out the following operations:
- Checking the minimum wall thickness of the tank,
- Replacing gaskets, bolts, nuts,
- Shot blasting of tanks,
- Replacement of fittings or installation of entrusted valves from the customer,
- Pneumatic and hydraulic test,
- Painting of tanks,
- Rebuilding of the nameplate by a notified body,
- Outside / Inner visual control;
- Mandatories control.
CHEMET GLI SAS may carry out the service of tank cleaning, after prior agreement on the UN number of the medium with which the tank is filled.
